Strain - Counterstrain
Lisa received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2004, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Georgia State University in 2009.
Lisa has a passion for people, prevention, and wellness. She enjoys integrating techniques to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each individual patient through joint and soft tissue mobilization, strain-counterstrain, trigger point dry needling, cupping, gua sha, Pilates, Redcord, and GYROTONIC®. Through a collaborative effort with each client, her mission is to facilitate balance and help each individual live their best life.
Lisa is a wife and a mother to two young daughters. When she is not at the studio, you will likely find her spending time outside with her family, soaking up all the beauty of this phase of life.
