Frequently Asked Questions
What is physical therapy?
Physical therapy is a hands-on approach to relieving pain and restoring function. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, identify the cause of your pain, and work to help you eliminate it.
Every patient’s condition is unique, and your physical therapist will choose from a variety of techniques, exercises, and equipment to relieve pain and restore your function to optimum levels.
The overall goal is to restore pain-free mobility, and to prevent injury or pain from recurring.

Why should I choose Body-N-Balance?
At Body-N-Balance, you will receive one-on-one care with a licensed physical therapist for the duration of your appointment.
We never treat more than one patient at a time, and we do not use techs or aides. Each patient is treated in a fully-equipped, private room.
We take a whole body approach, using a comprehensive assessment to determine imbalances that may be causing pain or discomfort. After your assessment, we will provide a specific treatment plan to meet your body's needs. Your plan of care will be tailored to your individual needs, and may incorporate Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Redcord, dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, customized home exercise programs, and more.
