Gosia Borrow
Physical Therapist
Gosia is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Brenau University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences from Queens College (City University of New York) and an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY).
At Body-N-Balance, Gosia treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including complex cases such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), post-operative rehabilitation, and functional recovery. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, pelvic floor strategies, and pain neuroscience education to help patients prevent injury, recover effectively, and maintain long-term mobility and wellness.
Before becoming a Physical Therapist, Gosia worked as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and in leadership roles within medical practices—experience that shaped her holistic, movement-centered approach to care. She is fluent in Polish, conversational in Spanish, and committed to creating a welcoming, collaborative environment for every patient.
Outside the clinic, Gosia enjoys running—having completed multiple full and half marathons—along with rollerblading, biking, horseback riding, and spending time outdoors in nature.
