Katie Osteen, DPT
Katie is a proud Georgia native, having grown up in Johns Creek. An active child, she participated in ballet and cheerleading before developing a passion for running and fitness. After sustaining an injury in high school and undergoing Physical Therapy, she gained a deep appreciation for the field—realizing it uniquely blends movement, science, and human connection. This realization led her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, earning her Bachelor’s degree from Samford University in 2015, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018.
With a diverse background in Physical Therapy, Katie has treated patients across various settings and conditions. She incorporates specialized techniques such as dry needling, cupping, gua sha, Pilates, Redcord, and GRYOTONIC® to aid in recovery from injuries and surgeries, as well as to manage chronic conditions. Dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care, she empowers her clients with the knowledge and tools to heal, regain strength, and return to the activities they love.
Katie lives in Holly Springs with her husband and their one-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, cooking, and traveling—always embracing opportunities to stay active and enjoy life to the fullest.
