Cassidy Farrahar
Pilates Instructor
Cassidy Farrahar is a Certified Pilates Instructor (NASM & AFAA approved) specializing in Reformer Pilates, core stability, postural alignment, controlled strength, breath-to-movement work, and low-impact functional training. Since becoming certified in 2024, she has trained clients in both private sessions and group Pilates classes, focusing on thoughtful cueing, correct form, and individualized support.
Cassidy discovered Pilates as the perfect balance between recovery and challenge. Growing up as an athlete and later coaching clients as a kickboxing instructor and studio manager, she learned that real progress comes from moving intentionally, not just pushing harder. Pilates offered a grounded, intelligent approach to movement that aligned with her belief in learning patterns correctly the first time to avoid long-term compensations and pain.
Her personal experience with physical therapy deepened her appreciation for how Pilates and rehabilitation principles work hand-in-hand. Today, Cassidy brings that same recovery-minded, form-focused approach into every session. She takes the time to understand how each client’s body moves, adapting exercises to meet them where they are while still challenging them safely and effectively.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Cassidy has supported clients throughout the Atlanta area and has been teaching Pilates in Alpharetta since 2024. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, seen, and confident in their bodies.
Outside the studio, Cassidy lives an active, wellness-centered lifestyle, enjoying Pilates, weightlifting, kickboxing, running, daily walks, and time outdoors. She loves exploring new experiences, whether that’s trying local coffee shops, taking pottery classes, learning sourdough, or cooking balanced meals that fuel her day. Balancing a full-time 9–5 job, she brings a realistic, approachable perspective to sustainable fitness and self-care.
Cassidy’s goal is simple: to help you move with awareness, build strength with intention, and leave each session feeling better than when you arrived.
