At Body-N-Balance, we offer one-on-one Men’s Pelvic Floor Therapy with a licensed therapist in a private, supportive environment. Treatment focuses on restoring strength, coordination, and control of the muscles that support bladder, bowel, and overall pelvic health.

Whether you are experiencing urinary leakage, pelvic pain, or recovering from prostate surgery, our therapist develops a personalized plan to restore function, reduce discomfort, and help you return to daily activities with confidence.

Specialized Care for Men’s Health

Pelvic floor dysfunction affects many men but is often overlooked or misunderstood. Weak, tight, or poorly functioning pelvic floor muscles can lead to urinary or bowel issues, pelvic or groin pain, sexual dysfunction, and core instability. Men’s Pelvic Floor Therapy focuses on strengthening and retraining these muscles to improve bladder and bowel control, reduce discomfort, enhance core stability, and support overall pelvic health and daily function.

Therapy can help with:

  • Urinary leakage or post-void dribbling

  • Urinary urgency or frequency

  • Pelvic, groin, or testicular pain

  • Recovery after prostate surgery

  • Bowel dysfunction or constipation

  • Core weakness and pelvic instability

  • Pain or difficulty during intimacy

  • Chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

Sessions are discreet, one-on-one, and customized to your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle.

Is Pelvic Floor Therapy only for women?
No. Many men experience pelvic floor dysfunction related to bladder control, pelvic pain, or prostate surgery. Pelvic Floor Therapy can help restore muscle coordination and improve daily function.

Can Pelvic Floor Therapy help after prostate surgery?
Yes. Pelvic Floor Therapy is commonly recommended after prostate surgery to help restore bladder control and strengthen the pelvic muscles.
