Kelly White
Daphne is a Certified Pilates Instructor, specializing in both apparatus and mat work, with extensive experience in rehabilitation for back pain, post-surgical recovery, injuries, and orthopedic and neurological challenges. Daphne also holds a Pink Ribbon Certification for rehabilitation of breast cancer survivors. She holds certifications in both classical and contemporary Pilates and trained at NYU under master teacher Kathy Grant, a protégée of Joseph Pilates.
