Targeted treatment to release tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve mobility as part of your physical therapy plan.

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is a technique used by licensed physical therapists to relieve muscle tension and deactivate trigger points, tight areas within muscle tissue that can cause pain and restricted movement. By using a thin needle to target these areas, dry needling helps improve blood flow, restore normal muscle function, and support recovery.

At Body-N-Balance, dry needling is integrated into a personalized physical therapy plan to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. It is commonly used for back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and chronic muscle tightness. A physician’s referral is required for dry needling treatment.
