Meet your Instructor
Micki Christopher
Micki is a Level 1 Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor whose passion for the method comes directly from her own healing journey. After years of critical care nursing led to chronic neck and back pain, she discovered the GYROTONIC® Method at Body-N-Balance and experienced life-changing results, ultimately eliminating her pain and restoring her mobility. Inspired by this transformation, she dedicated herself to studying the system and now specializes in helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and spinal health through fluid, three-dimensional movement. With additional certification in Jumping-Stretching Board training and continued education focused on conditions like osteoporosis and scoliosis, Micki brings both deep empathy and technical expertise to every session.
