Sandi Ecclestone founded Body-N-Balance in 2000 and has spent more than 25 years working with athletes at all levels, including professional golfers, football players, baseball players, and hockey players.
A former competitive tennis player at Florida State University, Sandi understands firsthand the physical demands placed on elite athletes and the challenges of recovering from injury while maintaining performance.
