Sandi Ecclestone: Founds & Physical Therapist
Sandi Ecclestone founded Body-N-Balance in 2000 and has spent more than 25 years working with athletes at all levels, including professional golfers, football players, baseball players, and hockey players.
A former competitive tennis player at Florida State University, Sandi understands firsthand the physical demands placed on elite athletes and the challenges of recovering from injury while maintaining performance.
Her approach integrates advanced manual therapy with performance-focused movement training to support both recovery and long-term athletic development.
